The scan returns zero results after the full 48-hour window.

Core functionality doesn't work as described

A technical problem prevents the service from operating, and our support team cannot resolve it.

Request submitted within 30 days of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

When Refunds Don't Apply

A successful scan identified matching profiles

If the scan found and returned results, the service has performed as described — regardless of how you feel about those results.

You changed your mind after receiving results

Buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with the outcome of a successful scan does not qualify.

More than 30 days have passed since purchase

Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
