Terms of Service

1. Introduction

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access and use of the CheaterScanner online platform. All payments are processed by Z NATURALS LLC, registered at 1111B South Governers Avenue STE 23315, Dover, Delaware, 19904, USA.

By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Subscription and Billing

Recurring Subscription: By subscribing, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription that will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews monthly. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Introductory Offers: Any special pricing or promotional offers are valid only for the first billing period. After the first period, your subscription will renew at the regular price.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing support@cheaterscanner.com. Support will process your cancellation within 48 hours. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period with no further charges.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The service completely fails to find ANY matching profiles during the scan period
• The service fails to operate or provide core functionality as described

The money-back guarantee does NOT apply if:

• The scan successfully identifies and returns possible matching profiles
• You are dissatisfied with the results of a successful scan
• You change your mind after a successful scan

5. Service Description

CheaterScanner provides a service to help users verify information about their partners by:

• Providing activity reports based on publicly available information
• Using AI technology to match and verify profiles across dating platforms
• Conducting location-based searches across multiple geographic areas

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

All searches are private and encrypted. We do not store personal information beyond what is necessary for the service to function. For complete details, review our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Service

While we strive for accuracy, results depend on available data and the information you provide. The service cannot guarantee that all active profiles will be detected. Results should be used as one factor in making personal decisions — the service is not intended to be the sole basis for significant life decisions.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by CheaterScanner and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheaterScanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date is updated accordingly. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis through binding arbitration in Delaware before one arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. There is no right or authority for disputes to be brought in a class or representative capacity.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, unauthorized account sharing, or multiple failed payment attempts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

14. Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications including account notifications, billing information, service updates, and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).

15. California Consumer Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale of your personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 16. Force Majeure

CheaterScanner shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government sanctions, embargoes, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CheaterScanner regarding use of the service and supersede all prior understandings.
